WE CHALLENGED BASS STRAIGHT...SO YOU CAN RELAX! |
A 780 nautical
mile boat test across some of the most adventurous, remote and infamous
coastline in the world is about
as tough a test as you could want.
Bass Straight and 43 degrees south lattitude is no every day voyage; it's the
stuff of legends that has broken many a boat and its crew. Trailcraft
took the
2007 Australian Offshore Challenge to
push our boat way beyond its limits so we could stand by out motto.
We completed the challenge, we were the smallest boat in the field and the only
alloy boat in our class. Our 660 Sportscab was a standard boat fited with
a 150 hp outboard motor. Home for four crew for 10 days, it bought us
through the toughest of tests... safely, and all the way back home to family
and friends!
